Commissioning a portrait is simple! You can start by filling out the contact form on the website. Please provide some details about your pet, your preferred size, and any specific deadlines (such as a birthday or special occasion). Once we agree on the details, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

The quality of the portrait heavily depends on the quality of the photos. Ideally, please provide:

• ​High-resolution, well-lit photos (natural daylight is best).
• ​Close-up shots that clearly show the texture of your pet's fur, the color of their eyes, and their unique expressions.
• ​Multiple photos so I can get a good feel for their personality and markings.

 Yes, absolutely! If you would like multiple pets in one portrait, please let me know when you make your enquiry. We can discuss the composition, whether you want them side by side or in a specific layout. 

The turnaround time can vary depending on the current commission list and the complexity and size of the portrait, but it typically takes between 4 to 6 weeks. If you need the portrait by a specific date, please mention it during your initial enquiry, and I will do my best to accommodate. 

A variety of standard sizes are available to fit different budgets and framing preferences. Pricing is determined by the size of the artwork and the number of pets included. Please refer to the pricing guide for specific dimensions and rates, or reach out directly for a custom quote.

Your portrait is handled with the utmost care. Local to Milton Keynes? Great we can discuss collecting your portrait.  Shipped portraits are protected with paper, sealed in a moisture-resistant sleeve, and sent flat. Shipping options (including tracked and insured delivery) are available for both the UK and international destinations. Prices will vary, please get in contact for a custom quote.

Because these are bespoke, custom artworks, the initial deposit is non-refundable as it covers the cost of supplies and time spent. However, I want you to be completely in love with your portrait. I send work-in-progress updates, allowing for adjustments to be made to ensure the final piece perfectly captures your pet.
